## The bar

Old pal, welcome home. The bar takes its name from the Old Pal cocktail: rye whiskey, Campari, and dry vermouth. The drink was created by Harry MacElhone and named for William “Sparrow” Robinson, whose signature greeting for friends and strangers alike was “Old pal.”

For us, those two words are a philosophy of hospitality. A bar is more than a counter: it is a place for stories, connections, and genuine friendships. Guests are welcome to choose a familiar drink, ask the bartender for a recommendation, and make the evening their own.
